American Alligator In The Wild


I was walking around the Orlando wetlands with the intention of taking some photographs of water birds, when I stumbled upon this lovely creature basking about four feet away from me. Fortunately it was early in the morning and he was docile enough to let me take a few pictures before I left him to finish warming up in the sun.
